Government extends most social distancing measures

The HKgov announced on 8 March the extension of the social distancing measures with the next 14days, taking effect from 10 March to 23 March.

In view of citizens’ actual demand for relevant services, barber shops and hair salons, which have been closed since the beginning of February, can welcome back customers on Thursday 10 March, but the use of vaccine pass will be mandatory. All customers must have received at least one jab, and customers must use the “LeaveHomeSafe” application.

All other existing measures will continue to be implemented. You can find the press release here.
