The BLCC launched its mentoring program in May 2023 to help its Young Professional Members find their way in the business landscape. 

The BLCC wants to match ambitious and young executives and entrepreneurs who are dedicated to professional development with senior leaders in Hong Kong of various industries.  

The mentoring program gives both mentees and mentors the opportunity to widen and deepen their support network, to learn from each other’s perspective and experiences and thereby broaden their horizon. The goal is to strengthen the leadership skills of its members and have more interconnectedness between them, thereby positively influencing the business and social community of Hong Kong.  

The program runs for 6 months and consists of regular individual meetings between the mentor and mentee and 4 group sessions. Two of the group sessions are presented by expert speakers and deal with topics that are of interest to young professionals in the business world. (e.g., how to handle difficult conversations, how to network effectively)
