Late last night the unwelcome news reached us that Belgium will be added to the list of Group A specified places, from midnight on 2 December onward. This will mean that non-HK Residents will no longer be allowed to board flights to Hong Kong; only vaccinated HK Residents will be allowed to enter Hong Kong on condition of 21 days in quarantine in a designated quarantine hotel.
Germany was also added to the list that already contained The Netherlands & France, effectively severely reducing the options our BLCC Community has to travel back to HK from Europe while avoiding the 21 days quarantine: only Luxembourg is left.
