Welcome to Justin Campbell!
Justin Campbell is a Director of Technology Consulting for Asia-Pacific at Willis Towers Watson in the Insurance and Broking sectors. Willis Towers Watson is a multinational with offices in Brussels (Zaventem), Liege, Hasselt in Belgium and Strassen in Luxembourg. Justin moved to Hong Kong from London where he has been active in the Anglo-Belgian Society and the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg.
Justin has 20 years’ experience in technology largely in a consulting environment and is a Fellow of the British Computing Society.
Justin is a Luxembourgish citizen and strong supporter of Luxembourgish representation in our Chamber and in the wider Hong Kong business community. This support includes leveraging cross-Chamber relationships and actively assisting with our recruitment.

Welcome to Virginie Van der Donckt!
Virginie is Director of Credit at Velotrade, an innovative FinTech headquartered in Hong Kong.
Velotrade offers trade financing to corporates while offering investment opportunities to institutional investors. Velotrade operates as a bridge allowing liquidity-rich investors to finance working capital needs of corporates while earning yield within an attractive risk-return environment.
Before entering the FinTech world, Virginie worked for over 10 years in traditional commercial banking. These formative years allowed her to develop analytical skills that she currently implements in a dynamic environment.
The innovative character of FinTech requires a good understanding of risk and regulations she acquired during her career.
Virginie started as Relationship Manager for corporate entities at BNP Paribas in Belgium and accumulated 10 years of experience in this sector in various international environments and markets (Belgium, Mainland China and United Arab Emirates).
Virginie holds a Master Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and has obtained two Executive Certificates in Big Data and Corporate Credit Management from the Hong Kong University combined with a Professional Scrum Master certification.

Welcome to Francis Heymans!
Francis Heymans is Managing Director and Responsible Officer at Syncicap Asset Management Hong Kong Ltd, a subsidiary of OFI Asset Management and Degroof Petercam Asset Management.
Based in Hong Kong since September 2021, Francis has 30 years of experience and proves to be passionate about the Asset Management industry.
Francis is a former Managing Partner at the Petercam Group in Belgium (now Bank Degroof Petercam) where, till 2015, he was the head of international business development of Petercam Institutional Asset Management.
Over his career, Francis has developed a full range of investment strategies, a pan-European fund distribution network and offered solutions in the areas of pension funds, insurance companies and other institutional investors. He was mandated as executive and non-executive board member in Management Companies, UCITS funds and Asset Services companies in Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Luxembourg.
Francis started his career in 1990 in New York as a sell-side broker for Petercam.
He holds a master’s degree in applied economics (KU Leuven) and post-master’s degrees in Finance (ABAF) and in Marketing (Vlerick School for Management). He is a certified independent director from Guberna and ILA.
