From 9 August 2021, there will be no special visa requirements for residents of Belgium and Luxembourg in respect to the new border control measures implemented by the Hong Kong government. This means that residents travelling to Hong Kong from both countries will have the ability to obtain a visa on arrival, as was the situation prior to the pandemic.
All visitors to Hong Kong will still be subject to immigration examination. Additionally, if your permitted length of stay is shorter than your required quarantine period, you will not be granted entry into Hong Kong.
